WP: Can I keep a certain category from showing up on the home page?

Hi all - I have a product review site that I've set up basically like a blog. In addition to product reviews, I am also writing periodic news-type articles. However, I don't want those to show up in the feed of recent blog posts that show up on the home page - I'd like only the reviews to show up there, with the news articles available from the category listing or sidebar.

Is there a way to prohibit a certain category - in this case, News - from showing up in the home page feed?
