Hello Warriors

Ive been here on the warriorforum for some time now. Ive been doing a lot of reading of different treads and ebooks. I haven't done any work as yet but now im ready to start promoting products using micro niche sites. I just wanted to know what are some good themes for this that convert well and also good for seo. There might be a lot of threads already about this topic, if so can you just point me in the right direction please

Hummm...not sure about an exact answer for you because it may probably depend on the niche you're working in as to what works. However, we recently tried out a WSO theme and really like it. It's called Sales Press Pro by Mark Dulisse. Seems really customizable and has the most intelligent pieces needed incorporated nicely.

It's all about promoting not theme. You can choose any theme. But promoting your product is the main thing. You need to use all of the option of SEO to promote your product. Keep it mind that the more traffic you would get, the more you opportunity you would also get to sell your product.

2nd that! Personally I use the graphene theme... but that's just because I'm used to it and it's easy to customize

Don't get too hung up on choosing the "perfect" theme, otherwise you waste so much time that could be spent productively on other things.

If you want a good paid theme, then Premium WordPress Themes, Web Templates, Mobile Themes | ThemeForest has a great selection.

Conversion depends on your sales copy and the web design. For sure the amount of traffic as well. Just google your best keywords and see what your competition has when it comes to design and sales copies.

I would recommend the Catalyst theme, as it's very versatile and a theme you can grow with as your business/site grows. However, as others have said, it's much more about the right content. A good design that caters to the visitor is important to have, but don't forget a "Call to Action" of some kind ... where the visitor is compelled to act ... What that is depends on your niche and end goal.

You can do well with most premium themes with varying amounts of effort but I wouldn't blow off the theme choice quite as much as some are suggesting. The theme you choose will have a huge impact on your visitors first impression. If that impression isn't good they'll never stick around long enough to read your content or sales copy and it won't matter how good it is.

Don't get hung up on finding something perfect, but you should definitely try out a few premium themes until you find one you like. Most of them offer 30 day money back guarantees so there's hardly any risk. Work through the top premium themes until you find the one that fits your needs and style the best. If you buy one and you don't like it, just get the refund and then try another. I've tried several themes this way and have never had an issue getting the refund as promised.

Check out Thesis, Genesis, Profits Theme, Catalyst, Woo Themes, and Elegant Themes for starters.

  • Choose a theme that would really blend well with the services you are offering. It should be like your store is the one talking out to your customers, keeping them hooked. That's why, like most of posters here say, an effective promotion should be taken into consideration as well. Study a theme's layout well and how it directs visitors around your site.
