Could anyone recommend to me a company or individual that they have used, or are currently using to create custom Wordpress and/or HTML themes?

      I second it but sometime you can find a freelancer who could be an excellent theme developers. You can always discard the self promotions you do not like.

        You are missing the point!
        Yes, there are freelancer theme developers... even more, most of them ARE freelancers.

        If by "discarding" you mean that I have to monitor the forum and delete/ kick out every idiot that is using it for self-pimping - I hate doing that because I'd rather help people who have real issues. But the idiots persevere and I need to delete lots of threads and posts. Just saying.
