OptimizePress/WordPress lagging behind

So I'm working on OptimizePress/WordPress updating the disclaimer area and footer links, every time I click save changes there seems to be quite a prolonged delay for these changes to actually become visual on the website. I've used OptimizePress a number of times and never had this problem before, does anybody know what could be the problem?

It's not a critical problem, but I can't for the life of me understand why it's happening?

    You could use a plugin to delete the cache of the site when you make any change. This way, updating it faster.
