Contact 7 is the easiest, but for my larger sites I usually use gravity forms. The functionality of gravity forms provide your basic form stuff plus more. Cheers |

contact form 7 is the the best and the easiest...i use it on 10 of my web sites...

More details would give you better answers. Do you need viewer uploads? Multi-part forms etc?

What do you want to do? If you just need a contact form, use one of the many free contact form plugins. Contact form 7 would be mz recommendation. Easy to use. If you need something else, please give more details. |
