    If the gaming site is designed with 3d pictures it will more beautiful.
    I think it would be better if you used the pictures of good regulations.

    Here are some critiques off the top of my head:

    Homepage:
    -The background needs to be much bigger than this - it repeats on my monitor
    -I cannot read the buttons at the bottom...
    -The red on black/grey mix looks bad - i can't read that either

    I hate flash personally. Your website takes too long to load on that side.
    If you can reproduce this on a wordpress platform you're more likely to attract good traffic.
