Where can I find quality web designers?
I'm looking to completely redesign my photography tutorial website (google: expert photography), but I can't seem to find a decent designer. So far most of the interest I've had has been very poor, and their websites are no good.
Can you recommend a resource for finding good designers, or would you like to submit yourself for consideration?
The budget is $4000-5000. I'm a little weary about posting this, because I don't want a designer who would do the job for $2000. I'm looking for skilled professionals, with good attention to detail, who can produce a slick, clean, and moden design. Nice colour, sticky nav bar, scrolling opt-in box. That sort of thing.
The timeframe is just under 4 weeks.
I'm looking more for recommendations than anything.
