Changing domain

Hi Warriors !
I have a question to ask..its about changing domain process..
I just bought a new domain and i would like to transfer all of my files and database inside my old domain into the new domain by using the same hosting..
Anyone knows how to do it?For sure,it is not like copy and paste thing...

    You could, theoretically, just download all of the files off of FTP, upload them to the new domain name folder. The only problem, then, is updating the links.

    If you happen to be using WordPress, a great tutorial from David Risley - Move Wordpress From a Different Domain.

    Otherwise, it should be that simple. Make sure to make backups just in case, though

    Ok so you're hosting all your domains with the same hosting? And you want to have same content on one site moved to another, new domain that you just got? Is that correct? If yes, then don't do that, just forward your new domain to the old domain.
