Shopping cart help

The company I work for is looking to switch shopping carts. We are currently using UltraCart but looking for a solution that is either a inhouse or hosted solution.

Here are our core needs.
Marketing :
1. navigation based Upsell after, Cross selling (based on "yes" or "no" input by customer.)


2. Form data is captured as customers complete each form field.

3. If the cart is abandoned during the upsell , the original order is still
processed.

3. the ability to transmit orders to a fulfilment center ( this is not a deal breaker but would be nice.)

4. ultra customizable.

5. use of Coupons, loyalty programs, discounts for first time buyers.

6. php is preferred.

If anyone has a cart solution that address the majority of these issues I would greatly appreciate it.

    You can use cubecart for this and you should customize it as per your need.

    CubeCart (which I've used) would require a HUGE amount of customization to fulfill this list of needs.

    In fact, the only real item it serves "out of the box" is that it's written in PHP. Yes, there is a lot of customization that can be done with it, so that item is served as well.

    Everything else would need a 3rd party 'mod' to do, and your first 4 items do not even have mods available, so they would require custom work.

    To tell you the truth, this is why I'm moving away from CubeCart.
