    Hi,

That's a very, VERY large question!
It all depends on the client's needs, the type of website he needs, the features, the content, if he wants SEO services or not... You just can't put a single price on it. I've been building websites between $500 and $2500 for the past 3 years, each one is different.

    Seb.

Do you use Facebook ? Then you can make money just by inviting people to a Facebook group ! It's called the Instant Income System. How cool is that?

Yeap - each individual client is different based on the requirements. The best way to think how much to charge would be based on how many hours you work. And to calculate your hourly rate - google search.

In this day and age you'd be foolish to set a fixed price for something like this.
My recommendation is to judge it client by client. Some require more work than others.

Here's an example, a regular HTML site setup could take 1-3weeks and cost 800-900$ where as a database website could be worth more cause of the work load. Not to mention if the person wants any SEO ground work done.

Depends on what are the requirements. I charge a lot being good at Design. Others charge lesser than me or more than me. It depends.

it is a bit tricky question, well it depends on the location from which you are hiring the developer. I recommend you to outsource any developer from India, that will make sense & will be reasonable too.
Why would this make sense and be reasonable? Firstly the OP is wanting to do it himself but why suggest outsourcing and to any single country in particular is absurd.
