I am going to be blunt and say that is one ugly looking website.

I would get rid of the background and limit how many colours you use to 3 max. You need one call to action colour (make all your links and click-able things this colour, which you have done with green) and one content colour (you have used - orange, green, black, blue and red - change all these to black) and don't mix the to.

Matriscript4u,

As was already pointed out by other members, your site is way too busy. When you have content spread out everywhere combined with multiple flashing/moving images, visitors get confused and miss things. When a site is hard to look at or read people tend to leave.
Another thing that I noticed is that it isn’t clear what exactly your site does. I could tell that you offer scripts of some sort however it was still confusing. If you are running a business, make sure visitors know what it is you do. Some things you should definitely do are modify your fonts to something easier to read, use one color for your text, change your background image, and remove most of the flashing or moving images.

I recommend this book a lot because it is easy to read and it has a lot of great tips in it for website design and usability.

In your blog all the sliding images are moving fastly. It would be nice if you are using mouse hover stop. It is easy to see the images. In home page there is no content regarding your website, only links are available.
