Thanks to everyone who responded to my last post.

I have made some changes and would appreciate any constructive feedback in order to improve the Home Page to make the look and feel right and navigation easier.

The slider takes ages to download/start! Remember: you have only a few seconds to make a first impression when a visitor arrives to you main page. If it doesn't load immediately - they leave...

Thanks Istvan. We are really trying to solve this. It appears to happen spasmodically. I agree how vital it is for visitors to engage immediately.
