WordPress - How to add newletter opt in + image

Hello Warriors,
I want to have a newsletter optin widget that will enable me to add an image of my ebook. In addition to normal text of "subscribe to my newsletter" I want to add an image of my ebook.

I am currently using the Newsletter - sign up Widget but I don't know how to add an image.

Do you know any other FREE widget that will allow me to do what I want?

    Hi Jack,

    Why not take your ebook graphic and use it as the header image when you create your web form in your autoresponder service?

    For example, I use AWeber and I have an ebook graphic at 300px wide. I can just go to the advanced options for the header and specify the ebook graphic instead of text. Of course you should add a call to action, but I think you may get the idea. I've added a screenshot below to illustrate the example:
