Best Links Directory Script?

Curious of any one could recommend a good links directory script. As far as good I am talking more what is best as far as SEO is concerned. Ones that have a good design or templates would be nice as well.

I just need a links directory, no CMS really.

I know I've seen many in the past, but have not search for one in a long time. Thought there might be some new ones out there.

Any one do it with Wordpress? Just happened to think about that.

    esyndiCat is an option if you have deep pockets otherwise try the free phpld version2
    If you can spend $30 then the best bet is paid version of phpld
