    Hi redexclub,

I would go here: Warriors For Hire and create a page of what you do and your services. I'm sure WF members will look at your post and maybe reply about your services. Take a look at other members on there services.

    Hope that helps.

Spend some time helping others with your expertise, on forums like this one as well as others (see digital point and sitepoint, among many others)

Once you establish yourself as a dependable resource for knowledge and trusted help in your field of expertise, new customers and projects will naturally flow in your direction.

Adding to the advice that SDStudio gave... create a 'Warriors for hire' thread, but before you actually sell your services, offer to do a handful of projects for free at first, in exchange for testimonials. That will allow you to build your "social proof", while adding to your portfolio.

Once you have that in place, it will be much easier to sell your services here (providing you do quality work, of course).

Just develop a website. In a market you will have fun developing in. I found that it is allot better not to develop something your entirely passionate about because we tend to get perfection fever and this holds us back (unless of course you have a team. Then it becomes allot easier). Develop a site on a topic you just find interesting, something new, that you don't know. Be sure it is something you would have no problem updating. Trust me, just be a web developer, Innovate!

Try to do local business. Print flyers and share them where you live, like stores have those bulletin boards where people can leave ads for free. Try to place yours there. Also little ad on newspaper could bring you clients. You can also try calling, find start up companies who have just launched and don't own a website yet and offer them your services.

One way to sell, pick a company with old website which you could improve. Design a new template for it and show them before/after images what their website could look like and tell them why they should go with your design.

Best clients are those who have ongoing projects, once they find a reliable high quality designer, they won't find a new one. ( as long as the partnership works )

Hopefully you got some ideas from these

first you need competitive prices depending on your skills I've seen your portfolio you put images from free templates on web you need a decent portfolio or more samples visible that its really done by you 2nd is costumer service you need the drive to let costumers come to you and when they do build a relationship and communicate efficiently. Once costumers are satisfied with the service and your relationship with them I'm very sure they would come back for more
