First impression on my design

I like it, but i would lose the snowball thingys, unless its just temporary for christmas

Because it would get annoying to have them moving around while trying to read.
Also on the banner, the picture thats on their should be all the way at the right, and maybe extend more to the left?

The snowball is very temporary. I think I will remove them before Christmas. I am already a bit annoyed about them

you must be having Godaddy host your website because its page loads are slow as can be.

You have a clean site but looks kinda on the plain side, you can help this by having better banners that are scrolling (your main rotoating banner) I would put some great images in there, perhaps buy them even.

Here's what I'm talking about with the banner. I threw this together to make my point.

you need to fill that ugly white space you have in your banners to make the site pop a little more and make it look more pro. Granted, this watch isn't very attractive is kinda cheap looking. You might wanna pic some different more attractive products to showcase.

Hi, nice to see a blog with 20+ comments in each post.

About the design: it is not bad but for example I would add a footer with links and other information. That way it would be easier to the visitors navigate in the website and it would give a more professional look to it.

Maybe move the categories section a bit to the upper-side so people navigate easily. Otherwise this is definitely a clean blog and apparently a successful one. I have to second the footer links idea, that sounds good too.

I have to second this opinion, the boring-blue part is true to me.

Ithought the issue was with my internet connection, but if your site loads a bit slowly, and you can check it here developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/ than you should address it. I get 80 out of 100 for your site

Hi guys
Thank you for all your great feedback. I am not using Godaddy, but a company called Unoeuro. I have been doing some testing on load speed with tools.pingdom.com and it seems like my blog are loading a lot faster in Europe than it does from America. That is bad because most of my readers are from America.
I think I will keep the color of my design, but maybe make some small changes to my sitebar and my header.

Colors look fine for me...but then again my favorite color is blue!!

I'm in the USA and it loaded quickly for me, no troubles there!

I am using the Arras theme. The header is by design across the entire screen.

Thank you very much for the banner. It looks awesome. I have a little issue adding it to my slideshow, because it is the same issue that are used for featured images that looks best in 300x300px. I will have to see if I can tweak my Wordpress Theme to make it work. Until then I have added the banner to my post instead now you have had all the trouble making it for me :-)

It has a clear feel to it which is nice. I would try to fix the slideshow image. Either by using images big enough to fill the frame or center the smaller images (like shown in the picture). You can easily do this by adding a large left margin to the image and both of the scrolling buttons.

I also tried to apply a gradient coloring and text shadowing for the menu bar to get a little modern feel to it via CSS3.
