NO SUPPORT from WPReviewEngine. Are they still around?

I have been trying to contact WPReviewEngine support for a week and a half now. I've tried their support ticketing system, their support email and Dan's (the owner) email address and have had ZERO response.

Does anyone know if they're even bothering to support the plugin any longer?

Anyone have an email address, phone number? Anyway of contacting them?

I'm getting pretty desperate.

What's your specific question that you need help with? I don't know Dan or the story with the software, however, if you post your question here, its possible that someone can help.
