Website "design" and build

Hello

I have two websites Water Conditioning Las Vegas, NV - Serv-All Water Conditioning and serveallwater.com which were done by an advertiser and one by me with Wordpress. I am not very impressed with either of these. I have has other websites built but not "designed". I do not know what sells as far as design goes. I have shown designers my competitors sites to get ideas nod it doesn't really turn out that great. Please let me know if you would be interested in designing an building a site for my business and the approximate cost. Also if anyone knows about building an online marketing campaign plan that works.
