WEB DESIGN

Hi Warriors,

I'm helping my brother with the website development for his distilled water
business. I just want to know which script this website is using to take order.
I know it's a form but I don't have idea if where I can get similar one where
I can add delivery date with calendar built-in.

The form itself is just a plain old contact form.
The date-picker comes from here.

I would not recommend that.

You didn't say if your website is wordpress or not.
If it is, then there are many contact form plugins you could use:

contact form 7 - free
gravity forms - premium

If it's not wordpress, but a static html site, then the green-beast is a fantastic php script you can use.
