Anybody use WP Member Champ (WordPress Membership)? What do you like/not like about it? Limitations?

Anybody use WP Member Champ (WordPress Membership)? What do you like/not like about it? Limitations?

I'd like to hear feedback from anyone who has used WP Member Champ PLUG IN.

What did you like about it? Dislike? What are it's limitations or weaknesses?

I'm seriously considering buying it but would like to hear from others about their experiences.

    Hi there,

    I've only just found this thread, so I guess you may have already bought WP MemberChamp by now.

    However, I thought I'd post up my findings as I'm extensive user of WP MemberChamp from Rapid Crush

    Firstly, Jason Fladlien & Wil Matos have done a great job of making this plug-in super-simple to install and set-up.

    All of the info you need is one single page (unlike most membership plugins). The video on the sales page actually shows you this in action.

    It allows you to quickly get a membership site online and taking orders.

    I've integrated a couple of my sites with JVZoo as the payment processor/affiliate system and that also is super-simple. If you can cut 'n' paste, you can get that set-up in less than 5 minutes.

    The disadvantages of the system are:

    - No Drip content
    - Only one Membership Level

    The lack of allowing additional membership levels means that it's harder to do OTOs that are integrated with WP MemberChamp, but that's the compromise I guess.

    Thanks for your reply. I am still researching membership plug ins. At this time, I'm considering emember (unlimited use & one time low cost fee) & also WMU member.

    I would also suggest that you consider Digital Access Pass (DAP). I built my membership site around it several years ago and I'm very glad I did. It currently serves software and upgrades for over 5k members.

    There were some hiccups with it in the beginning and there is a bit of a learning curve if you need a custom solution, but the software is constantly being improved and is reliable. It also handles recurring payments and automated account setups from Paypal purchases.
