I'll be building a lead gen site. Client is more or less good to go but I wanted to know your thoughts. I've built this wire frame, what do you think and what would you change?

From layout point of view it is showing a good behavior, You are providing everything - so called basics needs of conversion optimized websites.

Like a standup comedian testing new material in front of live audiences, you won't know exactly which layout/copy/offers/colours/headlines etc will work the best until you test it with real prospects

you can get a free trial account at Mixrank.com and spy on the most effective ad copy, banner ads and landing pages in your niche.
