Help! How to stop someone from hijacking my website?

Someone is hijacking my website and I don't know how to stop it. Whenever you enter your name and email into my opt-in form it now redirects to their affiliate website and not mine.

All links on my website now point to their website. Does anyone know how I can stop this?

I have tried deleting all the files and reloading but that did not help.

    I have not contacted them yet. Good point though...I will contact them ASAP. I stopped it by just doing a direct redirect from my domain but want to get my site back online to capture through my opt-in page.
