Contact Form Popup Issues

I am looking for a simple popup form (for Wordpress) that can handle more than one email.

I have a client who wants to have three contact buttons on their "Contact Us" page. Each button would bring up a different contact form that points to one of three owners.

All of the popups that I have seen only handle one email contact or they are timed. I need it activated by button.

    Admin Notifications
The admin notification option allows you to configure 
an email that is automatically sent to you when a form is submitted. 
You can use the built-in routing option to route the email notification 
to a specific member of your team based on form selections.
    The built-in routing and conditional logic will do what you want as far as sending to the right team member.

    As far as the lightbox, this free one might do the trick: WordPress › Lightbox Plus « WordPress Plugins

    You'll need to create the form(s)
    Create the three buttons,
    link each button with the lightbox and the page with the form.

    EDIT:
    You could also skip the lightbox and just have a horizontal or vertical tab like this site - click contacts to see.
