Does Anyone Know How To Customize An Amazon Listing?

Okay, so I've been trying to figure out how to customize an Amazon listing for like a week. I've tried simple CSS and HTML, like you can use on eBay, and it doesn't work. I've tried using some PHP, that doesn't work either. I've only found one listing, Amazon.com: Logitech Wireless Combo MK260 with Keyboard and Mouse (920-002950): Computers & Accessories, that is customized. I am sure there are others though. I have studied the listing to try to figure out how they customized theirs, and I haven't been able to figure it out. Does anyone know how to customize listings on Amazon?

    Well from the research I have done apparently the only listing that are allowed to have customized product descriptions are the ones that are listed by Amazon. Seems a little unfair to me. If anyone knows something otherwise, please let me know.
