I tried using the search bar in my website and it's not giving correct results. Are there any search bars that work fine with wordpress?

    Have you looked at the Google search utility for WP? I've got several clients who use it, and if my memory is correct it's included in some premium themes like Standard.

    If you go to codecanyon.net and do a search, there are several advanced search plugins there.
    I can't remember the name(s) off the top of my head, but I do know they are there and add some advanced search and filtering capabilities.
