Hi,
So, in October last year, I set up my first lead gen site. I found a lead buyer, bought a domain and created the website. That website is located here

I started getting a couple of leads/month from October-December, but January has picked up. I've made £xxx in the first half of this month.

But, I want a better conversion rate. I have two forms that visitors can fill in.

1st is here, and the second is here. The conversion rate for the 1st form is 14%, and the second form is 21%.

Based on your experience, how would you recommend that I improve this?

    You need to split test.
Only make one change, test it, use the higher converting....
change another thing, test it, use the higher converting...

This is a cycle that really never stops. Continually test and tweak.
Copy, headlines, call to action, colors, buttons, everything, but only one at a time.

Visitor tracking and/or "heat" tracking will also tell you a lot about your visitors activities.
unbounce.com has tons of free info regarding this stuff.

The only immediate thing to fix is the menu item overflow. The brochure tab drops down.
change "our prices" to "prices" or something else to get the space back and the tab should re-align.

Missing additional calls to action. Once I scroll down there is a lot of text, but no additional ways for me to get started.

Do some heat tracking as suggested and study visitor patterns to see where they are looking/scrolling and clicking. Make it obvious and easy for the visitor as to where they are to go and what they are to do next.

Thanks for the suggestions. Fixed a couple of little things.

Is there a heat tracking tool that you'd recommend?

    Not free but fantastic:
    Crazy egg
    ClickTale

Also, great info related to this subject:
    Unbounce
    SEOmoz

There used to be several really good free heat tracking plugins, but most have gone to a paid model.
There still are many free open source heat tracking solutions, but would require integration.

I like your logo and menu bar.
If you change the background then it'll be more attractive.
