I am planing on making duplicate websites. But the only thing I need to change is the affiliate links that I need to change through out the site. Any recommendations on how I start going about this?

    Nope, because what you said above just doesn't make sense...

    "duplicate website" in my books means identical CONTENT = like two websites having the same 57 articles...

    Sorry, I did make that not sound right. I am going to make a sales page for everyone on my team of 30-40 people, but I need all affiliate product links to be different. Is there some way to automate this without manually creating each site?

    I agree with Istvan Horvath, if you want make new website, do not duplicate the content, you must create new content with unique content, absolutely unique content for your content SEO.

    So basically what you're talking about is setting up profiles for each person and then populating elements of the website with specific links that would be stored in their profile in the database.

    this would allow you to have a base website and just store specific information for each user in the database

    Then you do NOT want to put up "duplicate websites"... what you want is - the same website with different affiliate links, based on referrer.
