But I would like to change it myself from:

How to do rearrange cell table order?

The basis of your question is actually wrong. There is no tables, cells, or other like that in you website menu.
The site runs on wordpress and in all likelyhood the menu is using a WP v3.0+ menu.

Login into your wordpress admin area first.

Hover over "appearance" in the left admin menu then select "menus".

You should see in the upper left of the page body something like "your theme supports X number of menus" and likely one is selected.

When your looking at the menu items (the ones you listed) they will be in the middle of the screen.

Simply drag them into the order you want them. The top one being the first then so on.

Make sure to click save when your done.

    The menu order will change.

Hi David, I went to Appearance but I didn't see what you suggested?

I attached an image of what I see.

Ok, that's the appearance menu, but you need to click the submenu under the appearence tab, which is called "menus"
