    My professional opinion:

Too much text in the menu it feels like.
    - If you can remove the word "coupons" in every instance, it might be a good idea. You can still have the SEO by keeping the url links and title tags.
    - I would move the logo over so that the word "FREE COUPONS OMG" is flushed with the content box. And then take the orange sticker and place on the black line so that it overlaps some lines. It'll make a nice visual effect that stands out better.
    - consider rewording "Big savings" to "save money"
    - Instead of having a box around every home page intro piece... maybe you can try having just ONE divider line between each one. You'll still have the organized box effect without needing so many lines. It will feel cleaner.
    - See if there's an option to take the weight off your font just a tiny bit for the article titles...makes for easier readability.

Everything else looks nice. Good job!

To start I would add a favicon and a footer.

And don't forget to add social networks like Twitter and Facebook.

I doubt that you don't want to reveal the the footer links for human visitors but just for search engine. The footer color and font color are nearly the same for me, so it is not readable.

I think that you recent posts widget already there in front page, so no need to put in the widget of front page. It should be conditionally inserted when visitors on other page other than latest posts page like front page.

I second that the word "Coupons" are all over there on the menu. It look too much for the menu which has the same word over and over again.

The slider seems weird to me or just me! I'm on Firefox 18.

    It's just my two cents!

Two thumbs up on creating a coupon website to beginge with, since form what I've seen and heard they're generally very successful and not too much work to run. Just remember that the key for this type of website is SEO. Even more than other types of websites in a sense since that's where your traffic will be coming from.

      As far as the design,

The Good: I like the logo, the large search box and the slider for the featured coupons.

The Bad: The overall design is just too web 2.0 looking for my taste. I would try and find a different theme/template. I see that the site is running on Wordpress (I looked for the default login page) so this is an easy fix. If you have any experience editing code yourself I would always try and bring up the main content, in this case the coupons closer to the top of the page so people see it right away and stay on the website to click ads or what ever way you're planning on monetizing the site.

      Good luck!

It's coming along nicely, the only thing I would suggest is less green. Maybe use a white background and leave the header and menu bar the way they are now.
