Wordpress Warriors-Customize Thesis Theme

I'm about to launch a new website and would like some help customizing the thesis theme.

I'll be able to give some basic direction i.e. optin form here, navigation there, I like this on this site, don't like this on that site, move the text here, headline there etc.

I'll be utilizing the "pages" function of wordpress as well as the traditional blog.

You'll need to be able to add an optin form with autoresponder data. (i.e. aweber, infusionsoft)

If you determine/advise that building a custom theme from scratch is a better route, I'll consider it.

If it turns out successfully, there will be a second site (most likely with a similar look but different content) to tackle immediately. There's also potential for a longer term relationship.

No copy is required.

Basically it's the layout I need.

If you don't mind giving me an idea about pricing (with both options) I'd appreciate it.
