Template Search Utility: Is it out there?
Does anyone know of a software or script that searches for template's popularity?
Here's what I mean. There are some fabulous templates available on a plethora of sites like hostgator and template monster. All you have to be is a member and you've got access to thousands of flash and non-flash templates. While they'll tell you how many times they've been downloaded, they won't know where those sites would be located or how popular they are.
I wouldn't want to get a template that's been used nine hundred times.
Even modified they all begin to look the same.
Is there some template search utility that does what I'm describing?
This would also serve well to make sure that someone who designs your site hasn't just bought a 50 dollar template and charged you 500 for it just by moving around a few text boxes and plugging in your info.
