Trying to add grid of paypal buttons

I am trying to add a table, grid, or portfolio to my site

I created a page to sell my products and I am using paypal buttons. I want to be able to lay them on the page like in a table in microsoft word. Something like below. I am using paypal button codes and want it to look like the pic below

Sorry the photo is blurred it was given to me by my competition and he doesn't want me to see his products or pricing.

What I am wanting to do is layout the paypal buttons just like this.

        Warning: if try to put HTML code in WP posts or Pages (especially, if you don't kill the idiotic wysiwyg=visual editor) - you should expect annoying results.

        You never mentioned WP before...

    Create the buttons through Paypal. Put each individual button inside a <div>. Use CSS to create the "layout" you want.
