Using this form it's not sending the file attachment threw to the email account. I get the rest of the data though. Any suggestions?

    It doesn't do you any good to link to the PHP file here, because PHP gets processed by the browser and we cannot see any of the source code. You will need to copy & paste the PHP code into a post here.
