    I would make some changes to the way your video plays. I think its fine that the thing starts up onload however you can’t stop it from playing. That is really annoying for users. I would also try moving your action (the button you want people to click) above the fold of the page. Try experimenting with having the video next to the button along with copy. The idea here is that people aren’t going to scroll down and read your whole page. You need to have the action you want users to perform front and center.

    hello, the website is good and the content is interesting but i think there is a big bar.. the video is annoying when it's played automatically... you should make your website with more categories and attractive design!
