Problems Installing cs3 on a vista P.C

Ok i thought i would give cs3 extended a try, downloaded the trial version from adobe.

Unpacked it, now when i go to install it through set up it errors every time and will not install.
Has any one else had this problem with vista or is it just me...

    I've had that problem before. Try this: Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe, and delete Installers folder.

        I think they have cs3 for vista, as a separate download. i have it on my vista computer. make sure to have admin privileges set so you can do whatever...

            I have CS3 running in a Vista machine. Runs just fine. I hate Vista though. If I could go back to XP, I'd do it in a hearbeat...

    I have had some problems with my Vista computer as well. While searching the internet for solutions I came across a nice website which discusses all kinds of Windows Vista problems. Maybe you can find help there as well.
