Dear Friends ,
I need your suggestion about review of my site template. My site is

and if you have any good template which looks similar to my current template just advise me.
and 2ndly i want to speed up my site loading time.how i can improve it ?

    Template looks great. I'll increase the font size by 1 btw to make it easy to read.

    For loading times: check out W3 Total Cache plugin

      but i need to mentioned one things , I used cache plugin but it reduce the all image size to thumbnail. Any Solution for it.
