Chitika ads are working but not bidvertiser and clicksor

Dear friends,
On http://financegen.comthough Chitika ads are working , bidvertiser and clicksor code are not working.
Even the following clickable banner code is not working on header

N.B.The same problem is in the posts,chitika works,but not other 2

Any suggestion please?

The code is totally wrong.

Must be:

I turned off the rocket loader.It seems that the heading is showing the codes for me.Do you also see it?

Sorry ,I noticed that the header is sometimes showing the banner and sometimes not.It seems to be a difficult problem
