these are brutally aggressive niches (make money, Forex) you need quality traffic.
have a look at your google analytics and see what your bounce rate is like.
if it is very high the more than likely they are just sending you traffic using bots.

I took a look at all of your pages but I’ll just focus on one as the principles will apply to all of them.

When I looked at your daytradingforexsystem domain, the first thing that came to my mind was the huge amount of scrolling that I would have to do on your page. If you take a look at your analytics and specifically the time on site, are people really staying to read all of that? My guess would be no.

I would chop out all of that content and move the action that you want users to perform up above the fold of the page. Make that the most obvious thing for people to do. Also, make it something other than a link like a button or something else very clear.

You will have to re-write your copy to be more compelling to entice people to click. You may want to consider a video as opposed to a ton of text (no autoplay!).

Well, let's see...

Lapo is a basically a blank page with some words on it, and misplaced navigation of some sort at the bottom. I would guess that the bounce rate from this page is about 100%

Incomestream is the kind of "website" that here-today-gone-tomorrow hucksters use to promote the poroduct-of-the-day. It starts out with "From the desk of Lapo", which unfortunately means nothing to the average visitor. Then, it goes on and on about the product. The thing that seems to be missing is the "About" page that would explain who this product is from. I found nothing to read that would compel me to buy the product.

I can't believe that you used a pop-up message when I tried to leave the page trying to get me to stay. Sorry, I have ZERO tolerance for that kind of web page antics.

Daytrading... is a site that starts out SHOUTING WITH HUGE TEXT, some even in red. I do not like being shouted at. I can read normal text. Then, there is an incomprehensible graphic with two windows and some amounts circled. Sorry, I got lost in the clutter and ignored it.

Down below there were meaningless testimonials from people like Savio in Mumbai, India. I don't know Savio. I have never heard of him, so these testimonials were totally ineffective and useless. Then, I found that the page just drones on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. That's when I left your page- by closing the browser so I wouldn't have to put up with yet another pleading message to please stay.
