Am new to this web design stuff, i was looking for a way to design my website and was told that komposer would cause am a newbie so i was wondering if i could design my website with komposer and later upload it to blogger? if yes how do i go about it?

    No. For using the blogger site - which is NOT YOURS, btw... - you don't need any HTML editor.

    I'm not a Blogger user but I am a Wordpress user as well as a Dreamweaver user(similar to KompoZer) which is a WYSIWYG editor. If you plan is to use Blogger then you don't need a html editor, although sometimes they come in handy. Blogger as well as Wordpress provide you all the tools you need to create a website. So my advice is just sign up for a free blogger account and start building. Converting a site created in KompoZer is easy but would be extra unnecessary work.
