restoring posts in a wordpress powered site?

I'm running Wordpress, and I found my site semi-defaced by a Pharma SEO hack. Didn't know how to get rid of it, so I exported my posts and reinstalled Wordpress.
Importing process worked mostly OK (just gotta get my images relinked to show up again.)
It got me curious though, the first time my site was hacked (by a redirect), I ended up taking the entire thing down, not knowing about the export option, so those posts are semi-lost. I still have the site on an older computer, though.
Was wondering, is there any way I can pull those older posts off the files on my older computer?
