How/where do I get someone to set up some website packages I bought?

I've bought a bunch of these website packages deals (i.e. pintrest ). They come downloaded in zip format with numerous folders, some with a bunch of pics that look like a website cut up in little pieces. I want to cash in on these but i dont have the time and also I'm a little uneducated about the know-how to set these sites up.
I knew this was the place to go for the best help.

    2. How many websites
    3. Download link to zip file
    4. Do you have a domain name for each site
