WP backup and cloning on Network Solutions
So I've been using WP Twin for years, no problems, great for backup any time I made changes, upgrades, etc.
Today a client changed their hosting to Network Solutions and wanted their website moved over. I took a backup from WP Twin, then tried to deploy it on their new host, no luck. Worked with support from WP Twin, they gave me a few different ini files to try, still not working.
Seems the problem is that host doesn't support the use of system() and exec() functions that WP Twin uses.
I ended up copying all the files via ftp, backup up the DB, doing it manually. It works now but it was a hassle.
Does anyone know of a workaround or another piece of software or service that will do the same thing but also works on Network Solutions hosting?
