Duplicate Content in WP?

Hello,

I created a few WP blogs, but I never had a problem like this:

I decided to try out a new Twenty Twelve theme, since I need minimalistic design.

Here are the problems I have:

1. Posts would not show and excerpt but only fool post, not only on Home Page but in Categories as well

2. My blog looks like this:

example.com/page-one - full post
example.com/category/page-one - full post

Is this a theme issue?

How can I avoid this?

Hi,
May be these is theme issue. You can customise the theme, these option is also available in WP Blogs. Compare to other wp blogs brings more traffic. Check with the content also.

  Yes, it might be theme issue, but I tried some others as well and now I am not sure any more.

There are a few ways to show excerpts, but the easiest way is to just use the "More" button.

Do you have the same problem with a different theme?

Can you give us the url of the site so we can see it and better understand the problem.

It's not theme issue. It's how you categorize things up. Well I don't have an additional idea about it.

  If no idea... don't post. It is that simple.
  
  It is a theme issue, namely about the template tag used in the different templates.
  
  It could be useful to learn how to modify the code to display excerpts in multipost view and content in single post view.
  
  P.S. It was said many times that SEs are smarter and they recognize when WP displays the same content in different views and don't penalize for it....

  I highly regard your advice and have quite a few questions for you, but I don't feel like bothering you by PM-sing.
  
  Now, that you stumbled upon my post, let me ask you one of the most important (in my opinion) WP questions:
  
  I have realized already that you are not a big fan of WP plugins and I am not either for that matter,but what non-techie person, like myself is supposed to do?

  I know that you say that there is no such a thing like "a must WP plugin",
