Wordpress Problem - help please

I cannot login to my wordpress site after (stupidly) changing code via file manager in cpanel (yes i know i should have saved original..)

now when i try and login to my site mydomain.com/wp-admin i get message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/brisinfo/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php:2) in /home/brisinfo/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876

any assistance much appreciated

( i should add, site still works ok , i just cannot access the admin area any more..)

    If you were changing a file, you may have added some whitespace to it, like a blank line. Via the control panel, edit the file you were working on and upload it again.

    You may also want to try disabling plugins one by one. You can do this by renaming the plugin folders.

    I believe your web hosting can retrieve your previous information in case you didn't do any backup. You should contact them and I'm pretty sure they will help you. My Web hosting helped me for similar problems.

    Hello
    Download your wordpress version from wordpress.org.
    Then open your ftp and just upload admin.php file. ( in wp-admin/admin.php )
    Also upload just wp-includes/pluggable.php to your ftp or cpanel.
    You can use ftp or your host cpanel. It will fix..
