    Well I guess the best way to clone a website would be to get the css file and get use it with your own design/html / php code - I'm not really sure which functionalities you're trying to "clone" or mimic, but I can dfinitely help you out with the issue.     If you are using WordPress have a look at ManageWP. It will do all that for you.

    Design first in PHotoshop. Imitate it the way it looks. Then lastly, slice it the way it is. Photoshop will provide you the HTML codes you will need.
