Hi Guys,
I need you all help to advice me. I like to transfer my website to new hosting company. After I transferred the site file & database, the website was down.

Anyone do have any idea why my website http://www.genuineseoservices.com was down?

Appreciate your help.

Many thanks!

Did you update your domain name server (DNS) information to point to your new host?

Currently www.genuineseoservices.com does not have an IP address..
    Then DNS is with
    Name Server: ULTRA103.UK2.NET
    Name Server: ULTRA104.UK2.NET
Is that your new company or old? If its old you need to update those to you new hosting company DNS. You need to log in to your domain registrar, which is go daddy and put those servers in.

Yanl is right. The steps for transfering to new hosting require you to

    1. Copy all the files
    2. Add the domain name to your account with the new hosting provider
    3. Find out the names of the DNS Servers your new hosting provider uses
    4. Log on to the Registrar account for the domain name. Update the DNS Server fields with the ones obtained in step 3.
    5. Wait 24-72 hours for the change to take place.
