Hi

I am looking for a Wordpress Theme that I can use for my hosting business. Something that would integrate with WHMCs would be even cooler.

Thanks in advance

    What's your budget?

Premium WordPress Themes, Web Templates, Mobile Themes | ThemeForest & pay a developer for a whmcs integration.

    Thanks Kingfish

I will have a look on ThemeForest. Didn't really have a budget in mind. I guess I am happy to pay for something that suits my needs, whatever that may cost.

You have a business and offer "premium hosting"?

Then I do not know why you want to use a "premium" theme that hundreds of other users are already using instead of getting something custom.

And you have no budget in mind?

Every company that does serious business has a budget for these kinds of "tasks"... and they would never use a "premium" theme...

Who said anything about "premium hosting"?

I merely asked for a theme to integrate with WHMCS as I intend to offer hosting alongside other Web services.

I am just looking for theme ideas but that's not to say I won't customize it.

As for budget as I am just gathering information at the moment it isn't set in stone.

But thanks for your help and words of encouragement Michael and for not making assumptions.

What Michael said was nothing to do with premium hosting, but he meant that if you are a hosting company which offers premium services. You should look for a custom theme or something that is different from others. It's easy to figure out the platform on which the site is made and also the theme you are using, so I guess that would be a bad idea to use any theme from themeforest or anywhere else.

Also try to stay away from themeforest, most of the people there are internet entrepreneurs and not the real developers. I have seen many of them looking for "cheap" developers in freelance sites to make their themes.

I also don't get why people are promoting themeforest so much. One of their conditions in submitting a theme is that "The theme should be visually attractive". If not, then it will be REJECTED. So they don't really care about the coding and the security of the theme that they are publishing. All they care about is the "beauty" of the theme.

Be aware that hosts using WP are a big target, for whatever reason.
Better secure it - and I do NOT mean via plugins!

True, a wide spread cms like WP will always be a target, and especially if you offer a service like hosting, you are likely to be attacked by hackers - hopefully not.

I don't see why you can't get a pre-made theme (not the hosting themes, because they are overused) and further customize it, it will save you time.

If you are going to use WHMCS, any theme will do because you can add button link to the WHMCS product. And you can secure WP admin for your IP only.

Here is a reputable plugin for the WHMCS integration to Wordpress. Definitely worth considering if you go down that route: WordPress WHMCS WP Integration Plugin - WPMU DEV

I would support getting a good theme and customizing it, unless you have a really big budget and want something really unique. When you start with a good theme, you will obviously end up with a good looking one that doesn't look like a clone of everything. Some of the largest websites have sites with poor design and what you need is a usable website and great service.
