Just wondering what the effects on SEO would be if I move the HTML,Javascript,CSS etc. from Weebly to Wordpress. I have learned a lot since I started with websites and SEO 7 months ago and I need more flexibility than Weebly can provide me now.

If you are planning on moving to self-hosted, I think it will work well in the long run, you might take an initial hit. I would suggest keeping what yu have and add content to the new site going forward with several links from your weebly pages to any new pages you create.

No effect whatsoever. Google ain't stupid. You won't drop like a rock if your website change language (from html to php for example)

php is rendered to what? HTML, it does not matter which server-side language is behind the site.

At the end everything is renedered to HTML.

Doesn't matter at all as long as you keep the same domain and content. You might even rank better with a WP website. TIP = Use "Wordpress Better Security" Plugin and perform all the fixes BEFORE you do anything else. Configure all the fixes before adding any themes or plugins and you won't see any problems from all the hacks going around. I start all my websites like this and didn't have one effected in the slightest bit by all the hacking.

I have bad news for you: this traffic method will NOT work here! Just watch how your nonsense threads will disappear
