CSS does not always shows

WEB DESIGN

I'm using CSS for a testimonial box on my salespage.
Only works in Chrome, other browser only show the text.

Trying on my friends computer, it works on noone of the browsers. How come?

CSS does always show...

Every browser is rendering CSS differently. If your CSS is bad it is not shown on all browsers correctly.

Especially Internet Explorer has to be handled differently.

Without a link to your site we can not help. I know for sure it's a CSS problem.

I thing you are using blockquote for that please check the IE CSS for that.

Browsers handle css differently and Most old browser does not display css3, so it depends on the css you use.
