    Hey man,

I think anything around MLM might not get a lot of positive reaction... my 2 cents. TBH I am definitely not big on the concept. I am big on blogs though so I can give my opinion there.

I'd organize your content into major topics. I have no idea what that would be for you but maybe it's stuff like "Networking" and "Selling Skills" or something else. Chances are you can name off at least four or five major top-level topics and each post you create would fall under one of those.

For your menu setup, go into Appearance > Menus and most good themes will allow you to build your own menu structure.

The header is fine... once you make some money you can hire a good artist but for now I think it works just fine.

Finally, I think integrating aweber or other email capture system would be a wise idea.

    Good luck!

As HE says... find 5 major headings for each area you want to cover on your blog and post under each topic.

It looks like you'll need a different theme - one that has the Pages option. Pages appear along the top of your blog, while Posts appear usually on the right or along the bottom.

Some possible Page Topics might be:

      Common mistakes
      Benefits of MLM
      MLM Marketing
      MLM training
      Where the money is
      Recruiting

Then under each one, do blog posts that relate. for example, 'marketing through forums' under MLM Marketing. 'Word-of-mouth marketing', etc.

Under Recruiting, you'd have posts on methods of recruiting other MLMers.

Where the money is... put posts like, 'how to make money while others do the work', How to find repeat loyal customers, etc.

Under Training, you can provide a few training tips or just use this page to promote training courses, for example, any that you can promote as an affiliate, or sell your own manuals.

See? You have to think through the whole concept of MLM and how you can break it down in sizeable chunks that make sense to people interested in this business.

BTW, I do like your current header. It gets the message across about networking. Plus, it's colorful and eye catching.

      Hope this helps. Good luck!

Guys, Thanks you all for sharing your insights.
As a background for the subjects, I choose networking/mlm because I'm currently a member on this field and I made my Own Networking too without Upfront Cost to join if they all wanted is the Networking side and Not the Product. I'm a an active members of each MLM groups and already giving/sharing them all what I have learned and experienced, now I want them to drive into my Blog and capture all the interested ones because Likes in Facebook will not convert, so I need to have my own website.

Thank you for this suggestions. Yes I'm using wordpress and I know how to navigate them well like adding pages or post, sidebars setup, etc

I'm confuse if I will use Pages for this 6 Topics you suggest, and include it in the Menu, or I will make them as Categories? or I will need to do both Pages and categories?

        1. I am thinking right now, to make this as Pages and categories though.
        2. Do I need to make a Page for About Me or just post a short Introduction about the Author in each Side Bars?
        3. About he Language to be used in my blogs or every posts, most of my current Targets right now are my Fellow Countrymen in Philippines, would it be best if I will use our National Language or I need to use English for Wide audiences? (For current situation, using National Language in the post will have more impact with them, so I'm confused now what language to use, because How about the other readers?)

    1. How can I organized my topics well in the blog? so it's easy for them to navigate. Like what are the items need to put on the sidebar.

First of all you need to select a blog platform. I am not sure which blog software you are using. Wordpress is a great free software to build a blog on and do SEO works. It also has plenty of plugins to meet your needs. Once you have set it up you can create categories for your posts and they will be visible on the sidebar. You can create categories depending upon your posts like MLM Coaching & Training, MLM strategies, MLM common mistakes, Tips and Advice, How To Start. It really depends on what your post is about.

    2. How can I setup my Menus/categories so it effectively Resonates to the readers that I'm giving Value on this Subjects.

Use a theme for the blog which has a sidebar. There are plenty of themes to choose from. You can spend some time searching them on Google and tweaking your blog.

    3. Any suggestions about my Header design? I admit I'm in doubt that the header is not convincing or appealing to the readers?

In my opinion it will be good idea to change it. You can search for Free stock photo sites in Google and Bing to find something more appealing if you don't want to pay for photos.

    4. I'm still on the process of making my Own Ebook to Give away via subscribing to my mailing list.

Yes that is a very good idea. Use opt-in box to subscribe visitors and create autoresponse emails to keep in touch with them and if you want, you can promote products as well. Top right corner is an appropriate location to place the opt-in box.

    5. Please give any feedback that can help me improve the site

Integrate social networking capabilities so that visitors can share your contents with a simple click. Search for established blogs, see how they have set everything up so that you can get a general idea on what to do. You need to do some real work on your blog. It is too simplistic. First, choose a platform like Wordpress and then work on it till you tweak it to your desired result.

    Wish you all the best...

I actually think your blog looks good. I noticed it was OptimizePress right away; they have a great product.

Your banner looks sweet too. I wouldn't change the layout or anything, the only thing it's lacking is content.

As far as organizing the posts and content of your blog, that's for you to decide.

Just remember to post awesome content that real humans will be interested in; this will encourage them to connect with you, read your future posts, and subscribe to your blog.

Another tip; before you go big with writing your posts, you might try to "mind map" your categories and subcategories; a blog is much easier to design if you've conceptualized the categorical logic.

    Just my $.02.

I really like the banner BTW.

In MLM people have the same worries has in any Internet marketing business.
    1-How to get leads?
    2-What the Hell is SEO?
Mamadou say those are going to be the topics that you can use to bring value to people because most of your competition is just bunch of raw raw and i thing a lot of people are tired of that.
So Learn and Teach and just do it.

    Dear Novalj30

To the 2nd question in your above post I can tell you that having a sidebar about the page on all pages along with a picture and a contact button will work very well
3rd question: Build big, go global. Screw focusing on one country only.

I have posted the following article on WF before, but I though you could probably use it aswell, so here's a repost:

    Drill for skill technique

Drill for Skill on the approach

Since 90% of the failure in this business takes place in the approach and there are only two simple reasons why most people fail in the approach — by either doing it wrong or just not doing it — you must train each associate to become a “Master Inviter”.

You can’t learn how to do this from just reading about it, and you certainly don’t want your new BAs to practice on their prospects and make a bad first impression. The best way is to train your BAs old and new just like the airlines train their pilots.

    Creating a Training Simulator
Did you ever wonder how pilots become so good at flying in bad weather? They certainty don’t tell brand new pilots, “Look there is a storm! Take this multi-million dollar airplane up there and fly into it and let’s see how you do.”

The airlines use multi-million dollar simulators that simulate the worst conditions possible, and pilots spend thousands of hours training in them before taking to the air.
Thanks to their extensive training in the simulators, the pilot’s reaction becomes second nature, no matter what situation arises.

You must do the same thing in your business. You should create training sessions with your leaders that “simulate” real approaches. Since most of the things that they need to learn are the scripts they will actually say over the phone (Or Skype or similar technology), then using the phone is the best way to train them.

Just get at least three BAs on the phone and take turns being the leader, the new BA, and the prospect. Take it easy at first, until everyone gets comfortable with the flow.
Then gradually have the BA playing the prospect get tougher and more skeptical and start asking more difficult questions. This way, both the leader and the new BA will learn how to overcome almost every situation.

This type of simulator training will not only give your new and old leaders the knowledge and experience to make quality invitations, but it will also give them the confidence to make even more approaches. Your team will really start growing at a feverish pace.

    The Approach Conclusion

    Enthusiasm is Key
Don’t forget to show genuine enthusiasm and passion when making an approach.

    Understanding Human Nature
You must remember that people are sometimes skeptical, curious and seem uninterested. Don’t get discouraged. Just learn how to hit people’s hot buttons and use the “entice and withdraw” method to get them interested in hearing more about your product.

Drill for Skill on the Approach
Take the time to make sure all of your leaders are trained in the approach. Don’t assume they will figure it out. You can’t afford to leave this to chance.

Build a Team of Master Inviters
Remember: The leaders and teams who execute most quality approaches attract the most people to view the presentation, which leads to more recruits, bigger teams, and a bigger customer base, and ultimately leads to more potential income for you and your leaders.
